Food that is rich in iron, vitamin and protein will help to supply those nutrients to the root of the hair.

Vitamin Regime

Vitamin A – for a healthy and shiny hair vitamin A is necessary. Foods that are rich in Vitamin A are carrot, milk, spinach, apricot.

Vitamin B7 – this is also called as biotin which is the primary vitamin that supports hair growth.
